The International Society for the Advancement of Clinical Magnetoencephalography (ISACM) is pleased to announce the Final Call for Late-Breaking Abstracts for its 10th Biennial Conference.
We warmly invite scientists, clinicians, trainees, and all colleagues engaged in the field of clinical MEG to share their newest and most timely findings. Submissions are encouraged in the following areas:
- Epilepsy
- Functional Mapping
- Emerging Clinical Applications
- Innovations in MEG Methods
Abstract Format
- Maximum length: 500 words
- Figures optional
- All late-breaking abstracts will be considered for poster presentation only
Key Dates
- Late-Breaking Submissions Open: September 22, 2025
- Submission Deadline: September 30, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: Shortly after the deadline
Note
Late-breaking abstracts will not be eligible for student accommodation awards.

Poster format:
Posters should be composed in portrait
You will have a 4’ x 4’ foot space
Recommended Poster size: A0 (33.1″ wide × 46.8″ tall / 841 × 1189 mm)
Poster Session 1 – Monday Nov 3rd
Presenters will be assigned to either the 1st hour or the 2nd hour
4:30pm to 5:30pm
5:30pm to 6:30pm
Poster Session 2 – Tuesday Nov 4th
Informal poster social – with an opportunity to review all posters
